KEVIN MONK

Kevin Monk is a professional educator with experience in public, private and home school communities. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Liberal Studies Degree (focusing on History, Music and English) in 2000. He moved on to complete a Master of Arts in Teaching at George Fox University in 2001. He has taught in large public schools and very small private Christian schools, and has worked with home school families to develop programs of study for their individual students. He also spent three years as a college advisor, specializing in distance education, giving him experience in the online teaching modality.

Kevin believes strongly in the importance of Christian Worldview as a foundation for instruction and is passionate about the efforts of Christian Online Academy to assist parents in training up their children in the way they should go. He is currently working on his doctorate, as part of his continued work in the field of Education.
